THE MOONSTONE

$0.00

2017

Recycled EPS, Fiberglass, Resin, High-Gloss

48” x 48” x 3”

Available For Purchase at A’Maree’s

Partially inspired by the Light and Space movement of the ’60s and ’70s, “The Moonstone” is a further exploration of the artist’s materials, but with a larger focus on sculptural elements. This piece is a part of the artist’s “Aquaforms” series and resembles water in motion. The monochromatic and fluid design can be equated to the haptic connection one experiences when interacting with water in nature. Thus, this piece influences its atmosphere to be light and serene.
